By confirming your order you accept the terms and conditions of this site.
Prices and Stock Availability
While we try and ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, mistakes can occur and we are not liable for anything that happens due to errors that may appear. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Total price of orders will include the product, postage and packing and VAT where applicable.
No contract exists until All Things Fancy Dress dispatches your order. Acknowledgement of a receipt of an order does not mean we have accepted it.
Before we accept your order we will need to have full payment which will include validating your credit/debit card. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage.
This may happen after you have placed your order. In this case we will try to contact you to inform you of this.
All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that items are already in stock. The appearance of the item on the website does not mean that it is in stock.
If you select an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. We try to do this within 24 hours but at busy times we cannot guarantee this. We reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and refund any payment you have made for them.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified on the order form. We aim to dispatch products as quickly as possible following the order however we cannot guarantee dispatch times and cannot be liable for any delay in delivery
Delivery times depend on which method you have chosen. We have no control over the delivery services once products have been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Cancelling your order
You have a right to cancel your order but it may have already been shipped to you. If the order has not been shipped, the order will be cancelled and your card transaction will also be cancelled. If you receive your order after the cancellation then you must return it following our returns policy. If you wish to cancel please include your order number on the email.
We hope that you will always be happy with your order but we know sometimes things aren’t right.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the order you may return it subject to the following conditions.
- Items must be returned unused in the original packaging within 7 days of the purchase.
- Due to personal hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of teeth, beards and moustaches, wigs, make up, underwear and tights.
Before returning an item please contact us for a returns number. You must include this and your name and address and the original delivery note with the goods.
We do not refund shipping costs. You will have to bear the cost of returning the items to us.
Refunds will be made to the card that was originally used in the purchase.
Returns - Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty please let us know as soon as possible so that we can refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery.
Products may differ from the images on the site. There may be variations in size and colour. Images are for illustration only and are only there to provide information and for guidance. They are not part of the contract.
All Things Fancy Dress reserve the right to change prices without notice. If a product reduces in price following purchase we are under no obligation to refund the difference.
